Emma is a San Antonio native who graduated from John Marshall High School in 2022 and earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from UTSA in 2025.
As the Patient Care Coordinator for the Alamo Ranch office, Emma plays an important role in creating a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient. From greeting visitors and helping with appointments to supporting the clinical team behind the scenes, she takes pride in making sure each day runs seamlessly.
Emma is passionate about helping others and enjoys being part of a team that makes a meaningful difference in people’s lives through better hearing and connection.
Outside of work, Emma loves spending time with her family and their German Shepherd mix, Rory. An avid reader, you’ll often find her with her head in a book whenever she has a quiet moment.
