Erica Yebra

A San Antonio native, Erica graduated from Oliver Wendell Holmes High School and received her associate degree in nursing from St. Phillips College. She decided to work in hearing care because she believes there’s no better way to help someone than by helping them to hear and feel better about themselves.

As our patient care coordinator, Erica’s day is packed with numerous responsibilities that amount to seamless patient care. Greeting and checking in patients, taking payments, verifying appointments, responding to patient emails, and answering phone calls are just a few of her many duties that keep her busy.

Erica thoroughly enjoys working alongside her “amazing” Audicles team. However, witnessing the excitement on patients’ faces as they leave the office with their new hearing aids and the ability to hear again really makes her day.

Life for Erica outside of work is just as busy as her time in the office – if not busier! She is a dancer with the professional dance group Studio AVI Showman Elite and has a smalI business making T-shirts, tumblers, mugs, tote bags, keepsakes, business cards, and much more.

Erica, who is currently expecting her second child, also enjoys spending time with her two-year-old daughter Yaretzi and their Pomeranian puppy Toby. She loves taking Yaretzi to museums, parks, kids shows, pumpkin patches, and her own dance performances – with the hope that Yaretzi will also develop a passion for dancing.
