As a small independent business ourselves, we love celebrating fellow small businesses.
In San Antonio, we’re fortunate to have a number of incredible businesses operated by passionate owners that are making a real difference to their community.
With small businesses being hit hard by the challenges of recent times, we wanted to celebrate five local businesses who we encourage you to support.
1. Julian’s Italian Pizzeria and Kitchen.
Their pizza is delicious, and they also have pasta dishes that will satisfy anyone’s craving for Italian food! Three locations make it easy to get there from many places in town.
We eat out every Friday, and this is usually high on our list of places to visit.
We love it and highly recommend that you visit.
Check out their menu listed on the website: julianspizzeria.com
2. Quarry Nails.
This salon in the Quarry has been in business for many years, they have provided excellent service to some of our staff on a regular basis and are great for staff day celebrations as well.
It’s been amazing to watch how they have dealt with the recent challenges and continue to make their customers their absolute priority.
Check out all their services at quarrynails.com
3. Face Logic Day Spa
Located at Blanco Road has been providing affordable skincare services for many years, and it is truly a great way to pamper yourself.
Monthly memberships provide a special discount, but clients can book at their convenience whenever they wish at a very reasonable price.
It’s our beauty secret!

5. Today’s Eyes
Today’s Eyes is owned and operated by Dr. Ira Diskin and his son Dr. Maury Diskin.
