COVID-19 Safety Protocols

Strict Safety Protocols for In-Person Appointments [COVID-19]

by | Sep 1, 2020 | Covid-19, Patient Resources

To continue to protect you, other patients, and staff, strict protocols remain in place to ensure you visit a safe and sterile environment.

These include:

#1 – Curb-Side Appointments Available

For patients that would prefer to stay in their vehicles during these challenging times, curb-side appointments are available.

This allows you to park, call our office and a member of the team will be able to collect your hearing devices to carry out cleanings and any amendments before sanitizing and returning them to you.

It allows you to continue to receive 5-star care without leaving the comfort of your car.

#2 – Heightened Sanitation Protocols

Between appointments, additional time has been scheduled to thoroughly clean all surfaces and ensure each patient is entering a sterile environment.

This includes all surfaces from door handles, chairs, and any equipment using Cavicide.

#3 – Hand Sanitizer on Arrival

All patients must use the provided hand sanitizer upon arrival – this will be found as you walk into the office door.

#4 – Pre-Appointment Screening

In the same way that our team’s health is being monitored daily through temperature checks and routine hand cleaning, you are kindly asked to reschedule your appointment if you have had a fever or cough.

#5 – Disposable Gloves & Face Masks

To protect you, our team is using disposable gloves and face masks for appointments to give you peace of mind and ensure your health is the overall priority.

#6 – Minimum Company for Appointments

You’re kindly asked to bring a maximum of one person with you for your appointment, and ideally visit alone if possible.

Please do not turn up without a scheduled appointment, and if you need any help, supplies, or support, then please call us at 210-820-0525.

We’re excited to see you again shortly.

Do you know somebody that needs to see this? Why not share it?
