I am pleased to announce that as of December 2019, I am the new owner of Audicles Hearing Services. I am thrilled beyond words and am looking forward to this new experience and the opportunities that this endeavor will bring.
During the past few months, many of our patients have experienced problems with their telephone connection to their hearing aids. We can help you to correct this issue. Just give us a call and we’ll walk you through the steps you need to take to fix the problem.

Unsure if you’re going to use that journal you just received as a Christmas gift? Well, if you’ve recently started to wear new hearing aids, why not use it to keep track of any noises that are irritating you or sounds that are still unclear?
It can sometimes take several follow-up appointments to get your hearing aids just right. So, if the clock’s ticking seems way too loud, or conversations in restaurants are still a bit muffled, write it down. This way, you can easily keep track of any issues in your hearing journal and address them with us the next time you visit.

Jane has served the San Antonio area for over 40 years. In combination with her clinical knowledge and passion, Jane exemplifies quality hearing healthcare.
She completed her doctor of audiology training at the PCO in Pennsylvania and has witnessed firsthand the evolution of hearing technology. She has indeed mastered the art of hearing aid intervention and is an invaluable member of the Audicles’ team.
Her authenticity and genuine love for her patients is nothing short of inspirational. Jane loves to travel and recently completed the Grand Canyon Rim2Rim hike – 24.5 miles in one day!
Her love of golf keeps her busy on weekends and she is taking up piano lessons again to feed her love of music.

Many of our clients have already benefitted from the captioned phone technology that CaptionCall is able to provide – at absolutely no cost to them. However, this technology has been out of reach for those who do not use a landline phone….until now!
